Poor Service
Bad company to deal with, it’s been over two months of trying to resolve my payout but no proper feedback has been given, spoke to numerous individuals who seem to not know what is happening in the organisation. Spoke to Bongani and Karabo from claim but they not assisting. Then spoke to Confidence Khumalo from client services who promised to call but it’s been over 4 days now. Getting frustrated by a minute😡😡😡😡
