Poor service - Call answered and emails ignored

I wrote a review on the 1st of October 2024 hoping to get assistance, I'm still waiting to be assisted, you guys send us emails that you do not respond to, what is the point of even sending your customers emails if you know you are just going to ignore them afterwards. My claim was submitted on the 4th of September and I'm still waiting, and I unfortunately cannot withdraw this claim after it is submitted. All i want is feedback and my money please.
