Poor service
Not happy with this instute. If it was up to me I would have moved my money to either Momentum or Sanlam. They are bunch of ****s apparently their turn around time is 20 days to withdraw your 2 pot claim but I have people who claimed after me that got their money already so will i be correct if I say they have preference to whom they assist.The last email I've got from them was them requesting my documents which I've sent and no communication after that which is very frustrating you call their call center you hold for 2hr and still don't get assistance.
