POOR SERVICE BY ALEXANDER FORBES (SANDTON)

I which to report a bad service rendered to my brother by Alexander Forbes in Sandton.<br> He claimed his Retail Surplus payment in 2009, to date he has not been paid.<br> Each time he calls their office he is told a different vague story without any payment being processed.<br> <br> My brother is 70 and desperately needs money for his poor health condition.<br> I need an explaination from senior managers.
