Poor service - Are we not in 2019?

The worst customer experience. No response after numerous completed "contact us" forms. I used the contact information which was supp**** to me by my previous employer and the only response I got was: "we do not deal with your particular fund"

Its great that you reply to Hellopieter, but if your company invested their efforts to actually doing the job right the fist time, we wont be in this position. Get ahead of the problem!
