Poor service and lies

I am sooo tired of getting different responses from Alexander forbes claims department . I was told i would receive my payout with 14 days being the 5th of April. When i call to find two agents made me hold because they were enquiring with the administrator and no resolution. Called yesterday held once.more in which the agent told me the administrator had authorised the issue is with finance i should expect payment today. I.call today to be told the issue was escalated to the administrators ..so why the lies ..what should i believe now !!! . Im honestly disappointed
