Poor service Alexandra

I have been trying for weeks to get hold of Alexandra Forbes claims department as I need to know the status of my provident withdrawal claim but the lines are not being answered/cut off and the emails are not being responded to. I need someone to make contact with me and let me know what's going on. They absolutely deliver poor service
