POOR SERVICE
I have been logging a query for my Tax directive number to be amended as it was captured incorrectly since last month till to date I have not received my corrected tax certificate with the correct tax directive number ,If I do not call in to make a follow up no one gets in contact with me they do not contact me or say anything their service is poor and they do not take their customers serious , SARS has been on my back saying that I owe them due to their incompetence and not paying attention to their work am tired and need assistance immediately
