Poor Service

My mom retired in March, her work did all the paper work and sent it off to Alexander Forbes and she still hasn't recieved her money. I keep on phoning them for the last 3 weeks now but nothing has happened. Everytime I call I hold on for 30 minute before I speak to a consultant. I spoke to a guy last week that confirmed that they did the payment but there was nothing paid into my moms bank account. They keep on requesting for different things which my mom sent them but nothing is happening. The service is so poor, I called them again now and they still can't help me, they say my mom must go the bank and verify her last 3 digits of her id. If I did not call they wouldn't even bother to call her to tell her what's happening. I want everybody to know what poor service they give and that they don't give a damn about their clients!!!!!! They SUCK BIG TIME!!!!!!
