Emailing all the way from new Zealand because I’m not getting any results if my fiancé phones in everyday from South- Africa I resigned on the 07 Dec for the company I worked for Sibanye Stillwater Gold Segment Marikana Operations after 18 years. Before I left South Africa on the 20 December 2019 I phoned in and left my email address and raised my concern of the urgency with my pension funds being paid out asap because I'm leaving for New Zealand will be needing my funds to start my new live and the hole immigration process. After hearing nothing from Alexandre Forbs on giving feedback I gave my fiancé authority to phone on my behalf to follow up because of this. NO one ever comes back to you but yet they promise us every time they will phone us back because they can’t tell us why everything is taking so long a month longer then is promised every time and if we didn't phone back every day almost we didn't even know of documents that they needed because no one follows up so we have to do this ourselves so I don't know why you have an service dep because it seems nothing gets done there. I'm going out of my mind stuck in New Zealand getting No results just empty promises every day. Now I will go as far as posting this with every ref number and details of consultants we spoke to on Halo Peter, Facebook ,LinkedIn and everywhere I can because of this pour service. EVEN MESSEGING YOUR CEO DAWIE DE VILLIERS ON LINKEDIN JUST NOW. So maybe you will be hearing from him today as well because of this. Feeling like a beggar for my own money I saved up all my life with Alexandre Forbs holding and handling my funds like it’s their own not being able to pay my depts. as I planned till I find a new job in New Zealand. For the past two weeks I lost 7kg because I don't even have money for food because of this as I can’t even plan my trip in finding work with my immigration process. This is the most disgusting services if ever seen and I can’t even show the pain and suffering that Alexandre Forbs has caused me because of this. Do you even care ore realises the consciences that your pour services has cause my family ? doubt it!!!!!!
