Poor service

I was assisted by a rude girl by the name Uviwe from absa pension fund, which happens to be my previous employer and I was doing a follow up on my withdrawal (exit) claim She had the nerve to even call me back with 011 *** and just breathing on the line and she said I can go ahead and report her she doesn’t care because she didn’t even put me through to the relevant department . I submitted my claim over a month and I feel I have the right to follow up after such long time
