Poor service
Service from Alexander Forbes is pathetic. Claim submitted a month ago, and can't get a proper response from them. Tracking progress on AF connect app and stuck on claim registration since 6 February. Still not sent for Tax application which will modt probably take another month. Will never in my life again invest with Alexander Forbes
