Poor service

I am so disappointed with the way alexander forbes is handling my claim which was sent on the 4 June 2020, I still did not get a payout. I have been retrenched and decided to withdraw all my money but I'm just getting the run around with them. On the 28 September they sent an sms to say that I will get a payout in 14 working days but on Friday the 16 October when I followed up they gave me another story that it will be paid out on Friday the 23 October. They keep saying there is no problem but why is it taking them more than 4 months to do the payout. I am really frustrated with them and the fact that they cannot communicate and be honest.
