Poor Service!!!
I left my job 2 months ago and requested a withdrawal of pension fund from Alexander Forbes, to this day I am still awaiting payment. I have called in more than 5 times already and each consultant I spoke did not know what is the hold up and one spoke about the payment has not been authorised although SARs directive has been issued. I’m honestly not happy with the service I got from Alexander Forbes.
