Poor Service.

I was employed by capitec and I resigned on the 31st of January 2022. My withdrawal documents were then submitted on the 28th of February 2022 at Alexander forbes. On the 28th of February I then received a SMS saying my claim will be completed within 4 weeks. I called numerous times asking if all my documents are fine and if my money has been removed from the market and I have been told that my query has been escalated to the Admin team and I will receive feedback via email. I have not received any communication and instead the last consultant I spoke to said to me that it takes 4-6 weeks so they still have 2 weeks to attend my query. So If i dont get feedback as to where my claim is standing i will write a review about my employer so that they know how AF treats us and should consider future partnership with them because really it is too difficult to track our funds with you.
