Poor Service

Its sad to see how your financial institution handles situations when it comes to those that have retired and now require their payout. My dad is in ICU and i cant even see to the day to needs at home cause of the delay. Im worried about his policies and car installment as the bank wont grant him a payment holiday as they need specific documents that i cant be issued to cause i dont have power of attorney.. But even before he got sick my dad was sent pillar to post before. That's why he gave me full power of attorney to his financial advisor. What should i do now..
