Poor service

I am utterly disgusted in the way you guys work, I have been told on the 10th of March 2021 that I will receive my payout within 4 weeks, You guys fail to inform me oh it might take another 2 weeks?! I have commitments, rent to be made etc. The common decency is to call me up and let me know what is happening. I have to call up every-time waste money I don’t have to call you guys up because my emails don’t get recognized, no call backs received about the delay.
