Poor service
They manage my retirement funds, but fail in terms of customer service. *** that does not work as intended, you get cut off. Its all good and well to use self service online BUT that does not answer my questions as I am not speaking to a human being. Board members take note, this listed company has internal issues and control failures of note! L Pienaar
