Poor Service

Alexander forbs is the worst financial service provider I have ever dealt with, my with provident fund withdrawal application was submitted first week of February 2022. I have not yet received my claim up to date, every time I called them to follow up about my claim I am told that according to their system I still appear as an active member.

We resubmitted the forms several times with my previous employer but still I am being told they have not yet received my forms for withdrawal. Every consultant will give me different story every time I follow up about my withdrawal claim, no communication or feedback. I am not happy with the service received from Alexander forbs.
