Poor service
Unresponsive and Eventually when they respond it's either an automated email requesting your ID number or asking for a suitable time to call and NEVER call back. Multipme calls has been made and when the agent connects, the same details is being requested and advise you to send a follow up email...then you to get the same automated email saying they'll get back to you within 24 to 48 hrs...after 48hrs the same automated email is sent leaving your claim unresolved

You rep**** to my email on the 23rd Aug saying you going to schedule a Teams call for 1pm but no one sent me the call info to join, nothing.
I've sent yet again a follow up email regarding the teams call but no one responded.
I'm very disappointed!
