Poor service
I have been a member with them for 10 years they received payment from me on a monthly basis and now that I resigned and I need to claim there is alot of stories and they dont come to the point as to why the funds have not yet been paid out.Everytime i call there is a new problem or they put me on hold for 6-7 min till my airtime runs out and then they dont even have the odasity to return my call.This is what u call poor service!!!!
