poor service

i submitted a claim with Alexander Forbes and they first said that it will take between one to two weeks to finalize my claim, and also that all the documents is in order and no other information is outstanding. now that i phone them two weeks later they tell me that there is problems with the administrator. and they need to relook into this claim. well my father also had a claim with Alexander Forbes and his claim took 8 months to finalize. it looks like i'm also heading that way!!!
