poor service

all the necesary documents where sent for unclaim funds for my father and i was told that it will take 5 -6 weeks when i called for update. i was told that all the bidvest fund will be done by the end of august 2015, but when i called on the 31/08/2015 i was told to called back on the 02/09/2015..now they are telling me that they will escalate .my father is a sick man and i can afford to keep on telling him empty promises.***
