Poor/ nonexistent customer service

I’ve complained about the nonsensical and nonexistent customer service of the company, Mabore emailed sending me the link that doesn’t work yet again and since then I’ve been talking alone on the emails, she’s not responding and she’s not updating me as promised, this company doesn’t take their clients seriously, this is just an annoyance and an inconvenience!!! Completely unacceptable
