Poor financial services
I have been trying for the passed three months to make a claim on the two port system via the website and no luck
I have taken screenshot of the issue and sent to the email address that was given
I made numerous phone calls and was advised that they are aware of the problem and a call has been logged and we will get back to you in 48 hours
48 hours came and went still no feedback from them
I even changed my password and still cant log in and submit a claim
