Poor disgusting services
It is now the 16/09 My query was escalated 16 July and to date nothing has been resolved!!!! This is absolutely shocking ,information that has been done incorrectly on their side I now have to take responsibility for.Why is nothing checkes before submitting.I work in a financial sector as well when working with such information you have to check check and check before submitting or cancelling anything.I have now waited long enough because I am not gettjng feedback without asking for feedback ,information is still being submitted in error which means work is still not being checked.I have been on calls for an hour lodged a complaint against the agent query still not resolved.The services received is absolutely shocking.No one is helping me my query is not being resolved.I am now being forced to take legal action.
