Poor customer to unresolved query for over a year

I have been dealing with several call center agents at Alex Forbes and it seems like none of them are competent enough to do their jobs. I have been dealing with the same issue for over a year now and still no one is able to assist me. From being promised that they will contact me, to escalating to dropped calls to long waiting call que's. I honestly have never received such pathetic services.

Kgopotso Mcira Thuli Mthetwa Jack Mathlou ....these are only but a few people I've dealt with. None of them have returned my calls as promised.
