Poor Customer services. Unnecessary delays on claims

If there was a zero star rating I would have chosen that one. The comany has the most poor customer service. No regards for its clients. The delay claims unnecessarily and will not respond on time to your emails. Their phones are never answered and when answered they sometimes cut off your calls especially if it has something to do with claims. I would never recommend Alexander Forbes to anyone. Its high time employers also let employees choose their own Fund Managers.
