Poor customer service

After having submitted retirement fund withdrawal forms on the 13th of March 2020 I have yet to be paid out & it's exactly 2 months later. Everytime I reach out to find out about the progress of my withdrawal, I'm either told of a missing document, given a turn around time or just ignored. If there is a delay or my documents are incomplete why must only find out when we reach the agreed payment date.
