Poor customer service
For the past 3 days, I've been calling Alexander Forbes with regards to my withdrawal notification and none of their call center agents have a clue how to assist. All I want is to know is the progress of my application and when my funds will be paid to me. Instead, all they do is leave me on hold, and when they return, they have no answers and insist they will call me back.
No call backs or no feedback whatsoever. Even getting through to a Supervisor or Team Leader is a mission and a half.
I'm flabbergasted and disappointed with this atrocious customer service or lack thereof.
