Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of assistance I have received from Alex Forbes. With the exception of one consultant all the others clearly aren't interested in customer service. They have an email address for queries which you never get a response from and their call back service clearly doesn't work either. They don't adhere to their own response times which is extremely unacceptable especially for a reputable company. You basically have to call them day after day and plead for help and feedback.
