Poor communication costs me money

On the 20th my baby was born,29th sent all documents to the broker (Ncubebu), it appears that documents sent were absolete and bonitas made the broker aware, but this was not communicated to me, only on the 19th when i called bonitas and my work,because i just realized that my child is not registered, new forms were sent on the 23rd unfortunately a month has already passed by then of which i made them aware that,they said an extension will be asked but never happend, that cost my effective date to be on the 1st of September, my question is who is going to pay all costs prior that date, peadatrian costs consultation happend on the 26th August, now i have to suffer for someone's negligence,
