Poor Communication and Poor Service
Many requests for communication go unanswered, and if they do get answered, it's late and unapologetic. Transferring my pension fund is taking more than 5 MONTHS now, where it should have been 6 weeks. Never received this poor service from any company. The pension fund was also one of the worst performing over the last 5 years, adding insult to injury.
