Poor communication
I sent through a withdrawal to Alexander Forbes 4months ago but not all my funds were processed to me and when I send emails I don't get straight answers or no answers at all to inform me of what is delaying my funds as the section 14 process transfer was approved 3 months ago but I still have not received any communication of when I will get my funds as I have been waiting for 4 months now with no answers or clarity on my claim
