Poor clienta service

I am very dissappointed about their service.My company sent my claim in October the 7th. They do mot send me any update about my claim. Until today I have to cal them but no progress. They do not care about my financial needs. Mpho promised to make an urgent release for my payment. When I called after tho days, his team member said there is no request on the system.
