Poor Claim Administration

I left my employment on 2 November 2022 and my pension claim submitted on the same date, my pension claim was not paid within the 6 weeks they claim. I followed up on 20 December 2022 only to find that my claim was just idling, no progress was made since submission. I was promised an update within 3 days, today is 4 January 2023 and still no update and no payout has been made. Upon following up again on 4 January 2023, I was told my fund has just been disinvested and it will take another 6 weeks for a payout to be made

I requested to speak to the manager, my call was transferred and in a few seconds the call was cut. I tried to call them again but this time the number does not go through, five hours later no one has bothered to reach out to me. I have continuously tried to call and still their number is not going through.

Soo much frustration from this poor administration and how they have handled my claim.

Think twice about their services before you experience such frustration, alternatively just stay away, far away!!!
