Poor business ethics from a reputable company

The usual run around story from a reputable company. Poor customer service and business ethics

I've been awaiting my pension withdrawal for around 3 months with no success. I have escalated the matter internally numerous times with no success. Around 4 hours of my life waisted speaking to *********** staff that blame the administrator and have no clue whats going on.

It feels like one needs to beg in order to get their own funds . One would say that the agents you speak too all go on special training on how to give customers the run around. Empty promises with no accountability or any remorse.

If a living soul has such an issue withdrawing his pension, imagine the battle with a member that passes on.
