Poor bad service
My sister app**** for the 2 pot system on the 18th of september and since then its been a run around. We have been trying to contact AF on umerous occasions holding on for up to an hour and no one answers. The so called whatsapp number given doesnt even work. Now my sister updated her details a few times and when logging into her AF her correct details pops up. When she finally got through to do a follow up on progress she was told her details were wrong. And it was update. So she updated yet again and still she is not getting any joy out of AF. When she logged into her profile friday it showed it went to paymenr but when she checked yesterday it went back to apolication. What is hapoening. This is really bad service.
