POOR AND DISMAL PROVIDENT FUND PAYMENT
After months of fighting back and forth via Emails and calls to get my provident fund paid I only received a dismal amount of R586. That from working for 2***, where after from 2***, my contributions was lying with Alexander Forbes. Surely there should be intrest on the contributions I made from 2***, and after 2***. They are the poorest Financial Institution and customer service is absolutely poor. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone I know.
