Poor Administration of Umbrella Funds- where are my retirement funds?

I changed jobs in Jan 2019, previous employer was with AForbes; decided to retain funds in AForbes while I transfer to new employer. For some odd reason tax directive withheld and now don't know where my funds are if I still have any:( It's now the 5th month in new employer funds nowhere. Aggravated:(:(:(:(
