Poor 2-Pot System Communication

This is the worst ever service i have got, i app**** for my 2-Pot money on the 11th of September 2024 and upto now the application status is on Tax Application stage, i cant get hold of them their number 011 no one answers their Whats App Number is closed and you keep talking to the machine asking you to register on Whats App knowing that their number does not work. Also knowing that the 2-pot request were going to high in September and October why not employ staff to deal with high demand, imagine holding the phone for more than an hour and no one answers at the end. I checked my tax directive section and its not showing that the request was submitted. My reference for the claim is # ***..I am so disappointed with Alexander Forbes to the core
