Policy at Alexander Forbs
I have requested for someone to get hold of me regarding my investment. I have been bounced from one person to another. All saying it's not their department. The famous saying is we get back to you in 48 hours. It's now over a week and still no one is getting back. In the email, I have given my policy number.
Can someone from Alexander Forbes take responsibility.

Can someone please engage in email in contacting me.
With load shedding being a norm, the cell phone signal is not good as there is 1 tower that is working.
I'm still getting emails from different departments "investments" saying that I have been passed on to the wrong department. Could a human (not an auto reply) please contact me via email.
