Please think twice when dealing with Alex Forbes- absolute nightmare to deal with. Take your business elsewhere!

This circus of a company handled my retirement annuity transfer and made an error with the SARS documents in 2021. Till now I am struggling with their highly *********** staff to have this corrected. I have had to hire a tax consultant to guide THEIR STAFF on what needs to be done in order for me to submit my 2021 returns successfully. Case was handed over to their "senior tax consultant" on the 31st of July 2023, till date nothing has been done. Zero customer care!!! a pathetic "I'm sorry for the delay". Next step is to report them to the Ombud.
