Please release my funds urgently!

I called Alex Forbse numerous times to follow upbon my claim and I was made aware that my tax directive application was successful. I spoke to one gentleman yesterday who said to me the money will be in my account latest today but I am siting here with no cent in my account. I have called in twice already to explain that I have a sick child on life support machine and my electricity units are low. Should it go off, then Im losing a child. I can’t buy fuel for generator as well because I do not have money yet your consultant created an expectation that I will receive the funds today. I am asking that someone please go through my call records with that one particular agent and tell me if thats how you guys work. Being told that I still need to for 5 more days is really disheartening and should anything happen to this child, you guys will have to face a law suit. I hope someone will look in to my matter urgently and send my money in to my account TODAY as promised.
