Please pay out the death benefits

My uncle passed away in November 2014. His beneficiaries submitted the death claim with all required documents (i.e. ID copies, death certificate, tax numbers, their banking details and sworn affidavits) to Alexander Forbes in December 2015 for claim to be processed. We were told that the claim can take up to 12 months before pay out. To date ( after 14 months of waiting) the beneficiaries have not receive their benefits. The administrator told me yesterday (09/02/2016) that the Trustees need a proof from the beneficiaries that the deceased was giving them money, buying electricity and grocery for them. <br> I think Alexander Forbes Trustees want to complicate this uncomplicated matter and We are not happy about their service .Please help the deceased's family to get their benefits.
