Please pay out my money

I have requested my pension paid out on the 10 of December through the company called db thermal technologists. Until today they have not paid my pension i phoned Alexander forbes they keep adding weeks for my money to be paid out.today i phoned Alexander forbes they told me they are busy with investigation,even if i asked how mush should i expect or just email the lasted statement nothing was send

Please peter assist its been 3 consecutive months without a salary And its putting a load of pressure im a only bread winner at and have bills to pay
