PLEASE PAY MY PENSION MONEY!!!

It's bad that I'm retrenched due to COVID-19 now I have to struggle to get my money back from Alexforbes. I have submitted all the documents. It's 3 months now I need my money back. I've called, sent emails still no one is getting back to me as to when will my money be released. I survived covid Alexforbes will be the end of me due ti stress.
