Please assist

I need to clarify something with regards to a debit order that is being deducted from my elderly mother's bank account every month.

I have called them numerous times but I am being sent from pillar to post.

The email address listed on their website does not work. I have managed to find another address for them them, ***, but I am not receiving any response from them
