I m reqlly disappointed by the service I received today from Alexander Forbes. I tried the whole day without success to be call by Alexander Forbes. I m unemployment I don't have airtime. I request to be call I spoke to Joyce and I think she is at recept. I send please calls to ***.no success. Everyone at Alexander Forbes has no access to call their clients back. That is a very poor strategy as more and more are faced with hardship. All I need is someone to pick up the phone and call me.this is a poor service from a whale size of a company with footprint all over the world.
