PF withdrawal not paid out after 6 weeks
I am Highly and utterly disappointed and inconvenienced by the poor customer service at Alex Forbes. My previous employer submitted my claims for withdrawal of my PF on 22 November 2023 and I received a notification stating that the claim was received and will be paid out within six weeks. It’s the 2nd of January as I write this and I am yet to paid out. I have written emails and tried reaching the call centre with no response or correspondence whatsoever!!! Alex Forbes please release my funds!!!!
